Robots are getting more life-like everyday. Someday maybe they'll make our beds everyday so we don't have to! Even so, we will never be able to make robots in the way God has made us. We have something they do not have: a soul, gifted by God. Don't live like a robot, with "good deeds" thinking you'll get to heaven, but not having any proof that you will be good enough. Don't live a life of artificial faith. Believe Christ is your one and only savior. There simply is no other way to get eternal life: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6) Believe on Him today.
If you are a Christian than you have purpose. Even if the world collapses and everyone dies in the infinitude and torturing heat of space. We Christians can be grateful that we have hope in heaven. Our future is heaven, so whatever pain or heart-ache we experience here on earth will be all the more worth it when we get to heaven.
If you are not a Christian, then I can promise you nothing better than Hell (Romans 6:23). Please except Christ as your savior today if you haven't. You're going to last forever, but where you last will depend on your faith, or lack thereof. Have purpose in serving Jesus, and reap the benefits from now until eternity. Enjoy!
Uh oh. This time the superhero is getting tired out from helping the tree so many times. Thankfully, our loving God will never fail us. His will is not only the plan that will never let us fall into temptation, but is also best and most full of blessings for us! How does He know that? He knows us better than we know ourselves (Jeremiah 1:5)! Make God your savior today, instead of the world. Put your roots deep into His love like the tree has. God is truly good to us, for he will never fail us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6b).
We try to do right. I try. The thing is, like Adam in the garden of Eden, we all fall short of the glory of God (see Romans 3:23). It is truly our nature. Praise God we have a savior that can help us back up out of our circumstances and set us back on the road to eternal life! This is not something to think lightly on! Everyone wants to live forever, but there is only one way; one way to get to heaven. There's only one way; that way is Jesus. That's grace! All you have to do is have faith.
We are the tree. We are always trying to set ourselves up, and lead our own lives. When we do so, we always end up falling short of expectations. People expect us to come through, but we can't always because we are sinful, flawed humans (Romans 3:23). Thankfully, we have a God who loves us, and was willing that his son should die for our sins. Now when we have Jesus in our life, we can depend on him for the strength. Take it from me, the new life won't be easy, and yes, you will fall, but God does so to teach us, and we will grow in Godly wisdom if we listen to Him.
How do you believe? Admit you are a sinner that is in need of a savior, then believe that Jesus died on the cross. Turn from your sin, and forever live your life as a servant for Christ. Take it from me, the life with Christ as your Master is never an idle and boring one. When you live your life for God (and by the way he did make the universe; Genesis 1-2) you can live a life of true blessing and freedom from the bondage of sin. Listen to the words in Jeremiah 29:11,"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Let go of your rope by trusting Jesus this minute.
God does not look for the outer appearance, but the heart. That sure seems to contradict what the world says, doesn't it? 1 Samuel 16:7b says,"...for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart." This is another reminder that we should always Look to the Bible for the truth, and also for eternal life.
We as Christians need to watch what we believe in. We need to keep our eyes open, and be wary of anything that we know is displeasing to God. The Bible says in Jeremiah 17:9, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Let not man's sinful heart govern our thinking, or we will turn out just as corrupt men as the ones we are with. Go to the Truth; go to the Bible.
God gave us the things of this world for us to use to further His glory. As it turns out, we get blessings and the gift of joy as we do God's will and serve Him. Besides that, God made them temporary (Matthew 6:19-21). They will never serve us the way we like if God is not pleased with what we are doing. Choose to be a servant of God, and not of this world.
God wants us to live the best life we can possibly live. That's why he sent His son to die for our sins. In doing it, He made a way for us to enter into heaven. Now that Jesus has payed the price, why are we still wanting what is on the earth? We have sinful natures, and they will not be perfect until we reach heaven. For now, desire in your heart, and ask God for strength, to serve Him with all you got. Earthly treasures and Heavenly treasures don't mix. If I were you I would not break the first commandment (Exodus 20:3). Serve you, or serve God.
